These terms govern your use of this website and any services provided by VelmoLabs ("we", "us", "our"). By submitting an application, onboarding form, or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Our Services

VelmoLabs provides Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising management for local service businesses, including campaign strategy, creative, setup, optimization, and reporting.

Engagement & Cancellation

Our services are provided on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts. Either party may cancel the engagement at any time; you remain responsible for fees and ad spend incurred up to the date of cancellation.

Fees & Ad Spend

Our management fee is billed separately from advertising spend. Ad spend is charged directly by Meta (or other ad platforms) to your own ad account and payment method — we do not collect or hold your ad spend budget.

Your Responsibilities

To run your campaigns, you agree to provide accurate business information and timely access to the accounts, pages, pixels, and assets needed (e.g., Facebook Page admin access, ad account access, a valid payment method). Delays in providing access may delay campaign launch or performance.

Ownership of Accounts & Assets

You retain full ownership of your ad accounts, Facebook/Instagram Pages, pixels, and any creative assets used in your campaigns. Nothing we manage on your behalf is held hostage — you can take over or export your accounts at any time.

No Guarantee of Results

Advertising performance depends on factors outside our control, including budget, market conditions, competition, and platform policies. We do not guarantee specific results such as a particular number of leads, cost per lead, or return on ad spend.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VelmoLabs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or this website, including lost profits or lost advertising spend.

SMS Messaging Program

Program name:VelmoLabs Lead & Account Notifications.
Description:If you provide your phone number through our application or onboarding forms, you may receive operational text messages related to your application or, if you become a client, lead-notification alerts sent when a prospective customer submits a contact or quote form on your business's website.
Message frequency: Varies based on your activity (e.g., one message per new lead).
Message & data rates may apply.
Support: For help, reply HELP to any message, or email gofluxscaling@gmail.com.
Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
