VelmoLabs ("we", "us", "our") provides Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising management services for local service businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and your rights regarding it.

When you submit an application, contact form, or onboarding form, we collect the information you provide directly, which may include: your name, business name, email address, phone number, website or social media handles, service area, industry, and details about your advertising goals and budget. If you proceed to onboarding as a client, we may also collect Facebook Page and ad account identifiers needed to manage your campaigns.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to evaluate whether we're a good fit for your business, respond to your application, and — if you become a client — to set up, manage, and report on your advertising campaigns. We do not use this information for any unrelated purpose.

Storage & Service Providers

Submissions are stored securely in our database and a copy is sent to our team via email. We rely on third-party service providers — including Supabase (database hosting), Google (email), Twilio (SMS delivery), and Vercel (website hosting) — to operate this site. These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own security and privacy practices.

SMS / Text Messaging

If you provide your phone number through this site, you may receive operational text messages from us related to your application or lead inquiry — for example, lead-notification alerts sent to our team or a client when you submit a contact or quote form. Message frequency varies depending on your activity. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information is only shared with the service providers described above as necessary to operate this site and deliver our services.

Cookies & Analytics

This site uses Vercel Analytics to understand overall traffic and page views (e.g., visit counts, pages viewed, general device/location info). This is privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics that does not track you individually across other websites. We do not currently use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
